Your privacy matters
We will not hold any of your personal information on this website. The only information we will hold will be that which is given to us via our contact form and/or email/letter, and will be kept securely without change until such time as we come to delete past emails etc and/or you ask us to delete your details.
Any hard copy details given to us that arise from courses, training, events, or bespoke consultancies will be stored securely at the company office. These include attendance and certification documents.
All documentation from courses will be held securely (either electronically or in hard copy form, depending on how it was received) for 3.5 years, as per the Awarding Organisation's policy (First Aid Awards).
You have the right to ask for any information we hold on you at any time, and we will never sell your data or pass your details on to any third party.
